Depending on the service needed, Debra offers an hourly rate or a flat rate. Her office charges in tenth of an hour increments. Monthly invoices are sent by email and will be summarized to all clients upon the closing of a case. Her office only works for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Debra has a separate rate for legal services, ReNew Advocacy services and Estate Planning services. Retainers must be paid upfront.
